Программа не получает данные о посылках с сайта Почты России: в программе никаких обновлений больше недели, если же вручную проверить состояние посылки - показывает 5 записей, от "Импорт" до "Покинуло сортировочный центр". Думал, это посылка никак не дойдет, или китайцы не тот трек дали, либо вообще не отправили ничего, пока не догадался на сайте вручную проверить.

Почта России с 17 августа ввела на сайте новые меры противодействию сбора информации. Новая версия TrackChecker, обходящая эту защиту, уже отправлена на рассмотрение Apple и до конца этой недели должна стать доступна пользователям.

Теперь работает после обновления, спасибо! Но есть еще проблема: в настройках установлены сервисы по умолчанию (3), но при добавлении нового трека они не отмечены (0), нужно вручную добавлять, проматывая весь список.

Вопрос с дефолтными сервисами, как и многие другие проблемы будет решен в новой версии TrackChecker. Версия 1.2.5 выпускалась впопыхах, чтобы исправить проблему с Почтой России.

то же самое - установил программу, за 3 дня ни одного обновления треков. в каждом треке только "запись добавлена" причем в других приложениях эти же номера нормально и корректно собираются - в "Посылка" например

Здравствуйте. Самый простой путь для решения проблемы - Вам нужно сделать бекап данных в Dropbox и прислать полученный файл бекапа мне, на емайл указанный в приложении. А с ним я уже смогу установить причину и устранить проблему.

да нет, наоборот я хотел синхронизировать iPhone с PC . Скопировал XML файл в Dropbox\Apps\TrackChecker, переименовав его на trackchecker.xml жму в приложении на телефоне Импорт, появляется сообщение Database is restored successefully. Перехожу к списку трэков там пусто...

Вы делали XML-файлиспользуя пункт меню Трек->Экспорт ? Если нет- сделайте экспорт через этот пункт меню и попробуйте снова. Если да, то пришлите мне, пожалуйста, этот файл - буду разбираться в чем проблема.

Здравствуйте! По неосторожности снес ваше приложение затем снова установил и выЯвилась ошибка, при каждом включении приложения история посылок исчезает и нужно снова их обновлять!

Действительно, такая ошибка появилась с версии 1.4.2. Исправление уже отправлено в AppStore и станет доступно в первых числах Февраля 2013

Добрый день! После обновления программы до версии 1.0.6 треки постоянно проверяются и проверяются. Новые события не показываются. Каа будто зависает на проверке все. Что делать?

на текущий момент последняя версия - 1.4.2 Проблема с забыванием данных уже исправлена и новая версия 1.4.3 станет доступна в ближайшие дни.

Новая версия 1.4.5 под iOS перестала обновлять треки. После перезапуска телефона обновить треки получается лишь один раз. При попытке повторного обновления ничего не происходит.

После обновления до 1.4.5 перестали обновляться треки. Можно обновить один раз после включения телефона. При последующих попытках программа виснет.

Программа просто отличная, но после последнего обновления треки перестали обновляться, если интернет работает на 3G/E. Но прекрасно работает на wi-fi. Восстановление из бэкапа Dropbox не помогает. Все треки - Почта России.

Скорее всего проблема с вашим мобильным оператором. Некоторые из них любят корежить заголовки сетевых запросов, что иногда приводит к проблемам с сервисами. В последнем обновлении какраз были поправки по работе с ПР в этом отношении.

Не получает данные о посылках отправленных через полярэкспресс, ни в какой-то старой версии ни в последней. Возможно никто не поднимал вопрос, а может быть оно работает через другой сервис, но когда полярэкспресс выбран, прога не получает трек данные которые можно видеть через сайт http://the-tracking.com/

Вы все совершенно правильно заметили - для отслеживания Polar Express следует включить сервис "The Tracking (us) Polar Express" из списка доступных в приложении сервисов. А вообще для поиска по списку сервисов используйте форму поиска, открывающуюся при нажатии на лупу в верхней части окна списка сервисов.

Причина была найдена. Проблема дыла не в обновлении приложения, а в обновлении базы почтовых сервисов. Все было исправлено в считанные дни.
